About Me

     I am licensed in the state of California with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage and Family Therapist, MFC 50213.

     I did my undergraduate work at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, and earned my graduate degree from Chapman University, Santa Maria, CA. My training took place at Center for Counseling & Recovery, Community Counseling Center, & County Mental Health, in San Luis Obispo, CA, where I gained experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

     In 2011 I opened up my private practice and have continued to work with a broad spectrum of clients in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques, which include EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing Prepare-Enrich, Couples Institute, and Discernment Counseling. These specialized trainings allow me to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients, whether it be an individual, a couple or a family looking to attain growth, resolution and overall improvement in their lives.
